So I wanted to put mw1 iso on my 16 gb usb and then it sais that the usb hasnt got enough space on it

my usb is totally free with space. i formated it to FAT32.

mw1 has some 6 gb. why does it do that

I think you can convert an USB drive to NTFS.

That's possible, but not recommended. Just use exFAT.
