step 1- Get HldsUpdateTool (google to get it)

step 2- Launch it with these parameters:

hldsupdatetool.exe -command update -game "modernwarfare3" -dir .

Click on "New Store" in the Main Menu.

Doesn't imply he can't play on only Terminal.

And:

get the rest of the DLCs

Implies I told him to get the other DLCs also.
