NAT is only important for matchmaking and as this is not implemented in 4D1 (yet?), it's irrelevant.

You should be able to play without any restrictions on dedicated servers.

Matchmaking will NEVER be implented beacuse Activision doesn't want us emulating their service.

i didn't say anything about emulating iwnet. but as matchmaking is possible in almost every shooter/racing/whatever-game why not writing our own code, theres nothing Fucktivi$ion could do about this I think.
