PLEASE I NEED HELP

my computer works perfectly and for example League of Legends runs on 120 fps and then suddenly LaGG computer starts and then runs at 10 FPS until i turn off and turn on pc agin ... does anyone know the problem? Anyone?

    My friend has the same problem, his ram doesn't clean up so he has to restart his pc every hour or so for it to work properly :P
