Just delete the whole game and download the Dedicated Server Tool for MW3 from steam and launch IW5M from there after that install the DLC and you are good to go.

That's the same as deleting iw5sp.exe, as all the other SP files come with the dedicated server installation.

@OP, you can delete "video" folder (inside "main" folder). Although you could run IW5M by deleting some more files, I wouldn't advice you to delete those.

yea, i need sp deleter too.

I got a better way:

 

1.Go to your main MW3 directory

2.Right click IW5SP.exe

3.Delete

4.???

 

And now

Try moving out files from /zone that don't have mp in them, then check if the game still works. If yes, delete'em
