Okay guys, i havent played mw2 @alteriw for like a year or so... Now that i began to play again, i experience some weird fps drops. I remember i could record 720p or 1080p at 60fps using fraps. But i cant play now ;/ . I tried to change the settings at config file with 0 luck. Some times i play @ 62fps (not 60) and some times at 9. I doubt its the driver, as i have over 150 fps @ when playing LoL. Its 296.1 Geforce 9700m GT. My cpu is an intel p8600 core 2 duo @2.40 ghz and i havwe 4GBs ram. Plenty of room on HD(232GB free out of 330GB).

Any ideas?

Reinstalling helps with this sometimes.

got exactly the same problem. especially on terminal reinstalling doesnt work
