steam connection & low ping & disconnecting suddenly!

1- I have frequent "Steam Connection Failed" error.What should I do?

2- Also facing "This server is for low ping players". I know I have a good ping in that server but my game does not connect.

3- Sometime the game disconnects suddenly for no special cause.

Need Help!

    I would disable router firewall/windows firewall and my anti-virus program..

    That's not exactly the safest thing to be doing and I would advise against doing this until it becomes completely necessary
