That should be your router's IP (and don't ask us what's the login because that's your router, not ours)

You cannot disable firewall on most D-Link routers due to their shitty firmware..

As a work around, on the D-Link router, you can configure the DMZ option to open all ports,but after doing this i recommend installing a firewall application,since your computer will be at potential risk.

Windows firewall does the same as any other firewall. So, one firewall is enough.
