December 4, 201213 yr comment_157785 please you guys need to include avidemo in 4d1, it would make it easier for video editors like me who arent able to record the clips at higher fps like 200 or 250 (btw fraps sucks) P.S. my english sucks Report
December 4, 201213 yr comment_157826 It's just taking screenshots at a high rate. If you want high FPS do this: 1.Start Fraps and 4D1. 2.Load Demo. 3.type in console:"/host_timescale 0.1" 4.Redord normally with fraps. 5. Use AE or SV to cut the stuff, as it is super slo-mo there will be no lags(completely smooth slo-mo!) Report
December 5, 201213 yr comment_158093 ... (completely smooth slo-mo!) Not exactly true. Anyhow, NTAuthority and I looked into this some time ago (before my C&D, obviously). The code to effectively slow the game down to process every frame, and write it to file (although the screenshot functionality might resurface soon), was removed. It would take some time to re-create avidemo, and frankly, it ain't worth it. Report
