Install problem

My friend is having a problem installing 4D1 mw2. It installs normaly (even I did it for him via. TeamWiever). Then we launched IW4M and it started updating/downloading and after a few minutes this error came up. http://prntscr.com/lebfn I found this error in Toolboxes problems and solutions thread but reinstalling didn't help. Tried it like 5 times... No anti virus is running at the point of updating/downloading. Doesn't work if we install manually either

Please help. Thank you :)
