Hey guys. I wanna start modding but I wanna develop my own mods from scratch. I hate all the iSnipe mods that I see out there right now (Except Joey's) and I wanna make my own. I also wanna start modding because I find it pretty interesting. I have a background of coding Java so learning a new language shouldn't be too hard for me. I just have a few questions:

 

What do I need to start modding?

Which programming language are mods coded in?
