Is it possible? Like, for example, in-game the name of a camo is "fal0"l but can you change it to like shietCamo or something like that? Responses appreciated as always.

not totally true.... Editing localized strings it possible but just not enabled in most clients. Most of the code is inside of PatchMW2Experiments.cpp but just not enabled. The asset is just a name then the string to its not hard to patch.
