Strange error

Hello guys, unfortunately my first post is going to be about some stupid error that's occurred a few minutes ago. I downloaded Terminal map, the ffs and iwds. When I put the iw_33.iwd and iw_34.iwd in the main folder the game just won't start, and it gives me this error "couldn't load image 'distortion_ring'. I have searched on Google and I couldn't find anything related to this error. Could anyone help me fix it?
