first of all:

- its not the internet (same problem in private match)

- hardware is good enaugh

 

my problem is, that its just not smooth at all. it doesnt matter if I have 100 or 200 fps, even when I start a private match without bots and walk through the map I notice that it isn't smooth. I thought its tearing (and it feels like it) but even when I turn vsync on its the problem. It doesnt matter which resolution I take, its always the same. there arent laggs, but when I walk arround the map it isnt smooth like black ops 2 for example, but the fps are constantly around 150-200 (or permanent 60 when I turn vsync on). someone know a solution?

Try Defragmentating your game files and delete config_m2.cfg in your IW4M/players/ folder

Uh, try this, open up your console and type in /r_vsync 0

ok, now I turned vsync off (like you wrote). then it was terribly lagging. then I set in the mp_config max-fps to 60, and now I've got annoying tearing. does anyone know what I can do against tearing, expect turning vsync on? because when I turn vsync on its terribly jittering.... -.-

This probably has nothing to do with IW4M. It's called micro-stutter and means that your GPU is not stable at all.
