Server Connection timed out -Windows 8

Hi,

I got windows 8 and tried to play the game but i cant even connect to any dedicated server,

Everything else works fine...

Tried all the other "fixes" like time synchronizing etc.

hope someone got a fix for me...

 

pc specs:

i5 3,4Ghz,gtx660,8gb internal memory, 64gb ssd, 1TB HDD(I play the game with the HDD)
