No fix I guess, just change your ISP, I'm sick from this error, I can play IW4 & IW5M smoothly until December 2012 but, January I got this error and seems no fixes for the same problem I read in this forum for mobile broadband users. I cant play for 2 months since January, until I play on internet cafe this March with different ISP developed by my country, of course this ISP isn't mobile broadband, although this connection is even worse than mobile broadband but, I can play MW3 smoothly.

Sorry but, I play in win 8 pro x64 smoothly without errors bro, except this connection error like "steam authorization failed", it happens on IW4M and IW5M too, this error isn't fixed yet until now...

Yes I had the same problem with IW4M, I've tried another 4D1 modded games and same event occurs, I cant play in any server

Ok, here's my new experiences after I dont play IW5M Fourdeltaone in January. Tried to join Malaysian server and my country's (Indonesia) local server, it said Steam Authorization Failed, but after I try to join B20Gaming (I believe this's Indian server, CMIIW) and walk for a little while (5~10 minutes) when this server is empty, that "Steam Authorization Failed" not occurs. I've tried 2 times and I can play smoothly without any probs. Can you explain it why it's just local server? Is the local server's setting that caused this problem to my Internet Provider?

Fail, I've turn off all of my firewalls and nothing changes, on this 2013 IW5 4D1 will be steam authorization failed status forever? Mostly from my country had the same problem when they use the "A" Internet provider with USB modem, I use that "A" provider with my own USB modem too. The IP is 114.79.28.xxx, I've try anything else but it still occured... How long I must wait to fix this problem?
