I downloaded Mw2 from Steam and used the iw4mp installer

After the Game starts i try to change the settings in 1920x1080 -> Game restarting.

After restarting the game i got like 20 iw4mp tasks and the game crashed.

Help pls

We don't use iw4mp. We use LaunchIW4M

sry i mean InstallIW4M for installing and to run 4d1 i use the shortcut in my start menu Play IW4M (Modern Warfare 2)

When you enter the game, Type this in the in-game console,

/r_noborder 1; vid_xpos 0; vid_ypos 0; vid_restart;

Everytime the game restarts i have 10 tasks from Mw2

I hear the Sound etc but cant see anything and if i open the last task from Mw2 (taskmanager) -> Direct X error

Sometimes i get this error too

Failed init after: Tried to use 'feedbackSampler' when it isn't valid.

When you enter the game, Type this in the in-game console,

/r_noborder 1; vid_xpos 0; vid_ypos 0; vid_restart;

You forgot the most important... r_fullscreen 0

So...

/r_fullscreen 0; r_noborder 1; vid_xpos 0; vid_ypos 0; vid_restart

@OP: if this doesn't work for you, kill all the processes related to IW4M, (iw4m.dat) open config_m2.cfg with some text editor (best with notepad++) and manually set the values above. Then launch the game again.
