this plugin can replace the b3

at the first launch the plugin will create two config files.

it include also the times messages.

Okay so what? It's just a database with stats. You can have this and B3 running it just depends on what commands are active.

So it won't REPLACE b3 for the people who like to use xlrstats.

Anyways it'd be cool if he'd implement the function to interact with a stats database as well.
