I have a problem with servers, not all of which appear in the list

I got up to enter to server manually

connect 81.203.166.75:28970

 

Please how to add this server to my Favorites server

Is there a specific Commands to do that

1)point the Cursor/Highlight the server

2)click on "add to favorite"

3)Profit

(tested and works but sadly after restarting game.. it gets reset :<)

i sad that servers, don't appear in the list

so i can 't do this method

No other way, NTA never added a "dvar" or setting through console to add it.
