I was playing nicely at level 70, i exited the game to talk to a friend and when i re-opened the game i was level 1! how did this happen?

NP server problem, try restarting a few times. If to no avail just use EAM to get back to what level you were.

I restarted it about 15 times then restarted computer now restarted more 5 times and still the same whats EAM?

a mi me paso lo mismo amigo cerre el juego lo volvi a abrir y nada hasta que en un par de veces me volvio al nivewl 70 pero volvi a salir y de nuevo a empezar no se por que espero alla uno solucion cuando arranca el juego tambien me dice actualizando no se que mierda y me queda un rato asi no me deja cancelar ni nada xd volvere al 4 que unca da problemas jaja

For me no chance to get my old stats... Ok, I've decided to restart at Level 1, but now I don't get any EP to level up. Does somebody knows why this?

Either it is the server you are playing on or your stats are damaged somehow. I'd recommend you to delete your players folder, rename your old account, create a new one and relogin.
