I have everything requested, Installed the translation (had it previously in spanish), the 4 DLC packs, every requested file, besides I have the file: localized_english_iw00.iwd as a previous post stated that you needed that file to solve the error.

So how can I solve this?

Redownload that .iwd since it could be that the .iwd file is corrupted.

Yep it seems that the file should be 300+mb, mine is 2mb.
