Couldn't load fileSysCheck.cfg. Please help...

I've done everything in the instructions but I still got a problem. When I try to launch LaunchIW5M.exe;

 

Error during initialization:

Couldn't load fileSysCheck.cfg. Make sure Call of DutyВ®: Modern WarfareВ® 3 is run from the correct folder.

 

This happens.

Could someone help me with this? All my friends done the same thing with me, it worked for them but Im stuck here. Its very annoying :evil:
