Well, my problem is that I've download MW2, but the HUD files are not all there, you gonna understand more in this screenshot:

 

 

I think I just need to put the full HUD Files. If anyone know where they are, Please, put them on Mediafire or something and give me the link Please.

Also do \ui_drawCrosshair 1.

Where should I write that?? And where is that crosshair file?

 

EDIT: Thank's for giving me the name, I found a topic that helped me on enabling the crosshair. Thank you for help !
