I think that with the (nice) additions we've pulled out (autoupdater, smexy landing page, etc.) it is time to think about the expansion and the repercussions.

 

It is time to start some basic regional subforums to make things easier for the potential non-english users (spanish, german, russian maybe?) and to, if not start, plan on starting a technical support team. With this suggestion inevitably comes the "tech support" subforum request. Things will get messy if we don't start taking precautions.

Let's look at it the other way. Regional forums wouldn't be made when the community is big, but to help the community grow. It is the home of all the non-native english people. Just take a look at this post on a spanish webpage and notice the amount of spanish people that are interested on the project. They won't come since they don't have their own section. So it's not a matter of "waiting for them to come", but "already having a place for them when they come".

 

EDIT: Note how 2 spanish people already commented on the tutorial asking for one in spanish. Within an hour after uploading it.
