MW3 unable to access file

recently got mw3 im running the launcher as admin, everything has went fine untill I encountered this error. "The process cannot access the file 'Cl\Program Files (x86)\steam\steamapps\common\call of duty modern warfare 3\zone\english\code_post_gfx.ff.deco' because it is being used by antoher process.

 

Any ideas how to fix it?

    Download the client from here http://iw5.prod.fourdeltaone.net/files/iw5m-client.zip

    Extract it to your Desktop. Copy mss32.dll from your IW5 Folder to your desktop and then run "LaunchIW5M.exe" in your desktop. Once it download's the required files copy all of them back to your IW5 Folder.
