Bad grahics in MW3

im lately playing MW3 with this. But when i start the game i have very bad graphics.

How is that possible? In the options i have it all maxed out.

    im sorry i spoke to soon. there was a advanced options that i didn't saw :lol: :oops:

    But what is better? extra options or the native options?
