Hello im on my boyfriends account since i some how cant log into my account anymore on the site or the game . I didn't save my ini file so i don't remember what my password was. i remember what i set it to but its not working . i also did the forgot password but its saying my email or name is wrong. MY boyfriend looked up on his server and on the b3 bot for my name so i know what my name is exactly its [CIA]CrazyPengu .... i guess the name cant be as long as i thought which i thought i set my name to [CIA]CrazyPenguin .... was wondering how do i find out on your forums without having to looking through thousands of names to figure out what my name was ? and who do i contact to get my password reset?

 

Just re installed my computer this is why i lost all my information or else i wouldn't be on here trying to figure this out but i only have one email and i know that i used marley_away@yahoo.com for my email but your site is saying that its incorrect so can someone or admin help me on this delema and how do i go about fixing this because i don't want to have to start a whole new account over again. im in tears right now trying to figure this out.

So you forgot your username, password and the correct email. Cool.

I guess it's this account, maybe NTAuthority reads this and resets your password, which I doubt since you can't really proof that your the owner of it.

well i know what my name is because he went onto b3 and my name is registered as a super admin as [CIA]CrazyPengu and i know my email i used which is my only email account i have . i was at lvl 70 and know the title and emblem i had for my name . Also i only played on one server the [CIA] server never went into another server if this helps also . but some reason my password isnt working , i dont want to say what i know my password was but this site says my name or email is wrong so i dont know what to do .

He just went through his server log files for chat and everything else and it shows my name as [CIA]CrazyPengu . he went on here to friends and tried to search for my name and it doesnt show me at all . so how is this possible? did my account get deleted? i dont think i changed my name to [CIA]AmberLynn .... thats my americas army name . just trying to figure out what happened to my account .

The server only shows a certain amount of letters; you likely did register with the full name.
