Anyone got a fix for this?? it happens everytime i play multiplayer. the single player works fine !! when I press the shift to sprint, my guy runs half a step and stops sprinting and I press shift about 3 times, then he sprints like normal how do I fix this? please help i can't play like this :| it so annoying !!

1) Play on a server that you get lower ping on.

2) Try lowering your cl_maxpackets in console until you get to a point where the 'bug' stops happening.

i have no problem with the ping as it stays around 80 90 or 100 how do i lower my maxpackets ?? Please can you tell me steps.

Go into the console (Press the key below your 'esc' key that looks like this ~ ), and type \cl_maxpackets (Number here) and test out different numbers until your problem is fixed.
