What's the error message say?

I guess you are missing the DLCs.

Click at the 'NEWSTORE' button ingame and download the DLCs.

Then follow #37 here: viewtopic.php?f=30&t=9515

And delete your caches.xml and run the game again.

He doesn't seem to get to the main menu, since it seems that he is either missing some image or has some damaged fastfile (the error message would confirm that)
