what is the difference between IW5M and IW4M?

IW4M = IW4 (modified) the game after IW3

IW5M = IW5 (modified)

I'm still can't understand, for example what is in IW5 and not in IW4?

IW4M is a modification to fourth Infinity Ward installment while IW5M is a modification to fifth Infinity Ward (+SledgeHammer) installment.

 

IW4M- Infinity Ward 4 Modification

IW5M- Infinity Ward 5 Modification

also for some people the 'M' stands for 'Milestone'
