Hey ! I followed every single step of these threads: [iW4M] Upgrading from outdated client and server [ aiw, arev ]], and [iW4M].

It seems that the server is online, but I can't see it on the servers list, nor can I connect to it through console. Here is a pic from the process:

 

So, I portforwarded this port {27016} through my router (yes, TCP and UDP), and also I made the exceptions from the windows firewall. However, it seems that me or anyone of my friends can connect to it. Any ideas/solutions ?

Update : I could connect to my server but using the local ip (192.168.1.9:27016) *I know writing it is irrelevant*

so, the question is how to make it online ?!

If you're running your server on port 27016, then just forward that port on your router to allow outside connections.

So other people can't join the server but you can only via internal ip?

I figured it out by myself. I just had to disable the ESET (Anti-virus) firewall. Now, everything works like a charm. Thank you 4Delta1
