Yep definetly, It's all under development (or maybe already done and their scheduling out a time when to release them as a bundle package) but yes most of them are gonna be implemented except for the...

 

'vehicles' afaik, actually there are mods but it won't be a defaultly server sided/client sided. As for weapon camos its already there http://fourdeltaone.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=24049 or even a simple search for camos in the search button on the top right corner should help.

Vehicles are nice, but they're quite useless in cod gameplay imo. It might make sense on big maps like contingency or cliffhanger, but never in form of a killstreak or sth.

Vehicles will be a nice map spawn or perk as it can be usefull to run over people (kill) or have a turrent mounted on the back and their could be a person shooting from the turret and one person driving.

 

That would be amazing if it DOES get included.

 

EDIT: Like in CoD5 with the tanks, just remembered.

Yeah, compare T4 maps with IW4 maps please. Also, how would you use them on let's say, Rust, Favela, Skidrow, etc. ? Simple answer, you can't.

Did CoD5 have tanks in all maps? No. im talking wasteland only. + you wouldnt need a tank on a oilrig, would you?

Why would you limit them to one map only then ? It wouldn't make the game 'balanced'.

Then why not use the flyable overwatch? HAH, their in mod-menu's anyway, and they work!! what about that...

Some mods already support them. Why don't you play on servers using that mod.

Cause it should be a global thing, cause of its amazing stabilization. It looks like a feature made from IW (Infinity Ward). Its perfect and not ALL servers have it (probably 80%).

Global thing ? If it woldn't work out on all maps/it would just be OP, then I would say no. You can always run your own server and use such a mod though.
