Search sd.gsc for callout_bombtaken or something like that. There might be a notify you can hook into there.

The notify is not in sd.gsc. It's in _gameobjects.gsc.

And since you have proven that you are unable to look it up yourself..

self notify ( "drop_object" );

Afaik there is no player notify for pickup (might be possible somehow if you could loop through all entities)
