Standard server ban/kick command?

Hey everyone,

 

I have my own server just to play online with my favourite settings somethimes.

But i am don't know what the command for bans and kicks is, I can't find it nowhere... :(

I don't have any mods or plugins on my server.

 

I hope someone can help me out...
