I've created a private match and gave my friend my ip:port, but he can't connect. His message after a moment : unable to connect to host. Why is that?

My ports are forwarded. Please help me

yes of course , when i connect on an other server, its working. Then i can tell my friend the ip and he can connect. but i want a private match with him

Why doesn't he start up a private match ?

yeah okay we will try that today evening. Yes i followed the steps in that topic. So when it won't work with connecting to my friend i will post it here.

Correct. port 28960 but I suggest to port forward 28961 as well. both UDP and TCP. make sure windows firewall not blocking iw4m.dat
