Hello!

Before the update i could play on the highest grapic setting and the highest available resolution.

And getting 150+ fps (Capped on 100 cause i don't need more, i think i could get about 200).

 

But today when i started 4d1, it updated and when i joined a server i have 10 fps? (Even with the lowest res and grapic settings).

Tried to restart and it didn't work.

 

Saw that the command -d3d9 should fix it but it didn't change anything for me.

(Used it the correct way so no need to comment about this)

 

I have a Ati Raedon so the solution to give permission to iw4m.dat in the nvidia control panel won't work either since I don't have that. (Readed that this would fix the prob).

But maybe there is a way to do that in Ati?

Tried to play mw2 on steam.

No.. I still got this problem.

You probably didn't update your client then. Do this, go to your mw2 folder and delete a file called 'caches.xml' also delete iw4m.dll then start up LaunchIW4M. It should automatically start to update. Once it is done open up your client let it load everything, then close your client, go back to your mw2 folder and go inside the 'players' and delete your config_m2. After this launch your game back up again and put in your new Settings for your game. It worked for me, and should most likely work for you.
