On the Server of my Friend I have Ping 180, but on other Servers I have Ping 60! Other Players on his Server has also Ping 60 except me!

 

Somethimes I have good Ping when I am replace my "alter" files with his "alter" files!

 

But someone has a solution for my problem? I installed also the Game new, updated all, etc.. but nothing works!!

Ping is about your Internet connection, it doesn't matter what files you use or what you do to your game.

 

Yeah I know! but I have 2MB/s Download and 200KB/s Upload!

And on other Servers I have a good ping!

That's a shitty connection.

Excuse me, I thought those were the speeds for the server. Though if your friend's server is a little further away than the other servers the connection is worse.
