Now that the update revision 122, fps in the game great! But! When I try to record FRAPS video capture, my FPS is 50 (without fraps 170-200) and still lower, and eventually stop frames and slides! How to fix it?

try bandicam or playclaw.

FRAPS does take a lot of your FPS, why don't you firstly record a demo (/record , /stoprecord) then play it back and use a different video capturing software ?

Why not Open Broadcaster Software? It doesn't take a lot of space and it can be use for Twitch streaming.

Does this works with all maps? btw Action! is the best recorder for me, no lag your game at all

use dxtory, much lower effect on fps. use lagarith lossless codec, too
