when i try to join any server that is playing on dlc maps the game crash and goes black and an error presents and disapear very fast so i can't read it

Then you don't have the DLC maps maybe? Google for it!

Are you talking about Terminal map and Faceoff maps?

Those aren't available in the "New Store" since they are free maps, but they can be obtained using this method.
