Hello,

I am very confused because i cant get my server get listed on the internet.

Only i can get into the server (LAN) But people from outside (WAN, Internet) cant get in.

I am almost 100% sure that my options in my Modem/router, and the Server it self(files) are correct.

But let me say what i have done till now.

 

First i downloaed the server (dsut.exe) and client (of course) from Fourdeltaone.

Then i installed evertyhing correctly, and followed the instructions on the following page: ttp:fourdeltaone(dot)net(slash)forum(slash)viewtopic.php?f=30&t=11583

So, i created a shortcut of the server itself and pasted the the code into the Target field (+set net_queryPort 27015 +set net_port 27016 +set net_masterServerPort 27017 +set sv_config "server.cfg" +start_map_rotate)

Then i gave the server a name. (seta sv_hostname "[NUYUSKA][RUS]ugur3D")

Then i maked the gametype FFA (dm) for everthing.

Then I loged into my modem and portforwarded 27014 to 27017.

And i changed some more settings in my modem.

Then i applied then from WAN to LAN the Destination IP (my pc : 192.168.0.104) most be permit

after that i tried to run the server but it didnt work...

I checked my anti-virus (Norton) and i turned it fully off, (Window Firewall Also) then i tried again, but no process.

I saw that Nortons icon was changing so that was pretty weird for me, so i deleted my anti-virus for now. (it had 2 Days remaining anyway)

After deleting and restarting there is still no process.

 

i tested my ports for if it was open, on this website: ttp:whatsmyip(dot)org(slash)port-scanner(slash)

But the results was very weird.. it says that the ports 27014 to 27017 are time-outing...

Dunno what to do...

 

So i realy dont get what im doing wrong, i litte help will be fine

Edit:

I forgot to say we have 2 types of modems here at home,one is the ''Zyxcel P-2602R-D1A'' (DSL) Loged in, and edited inside.

And the other one is Cisco WRT120N. didnt touch this, do i also need to do smth to this?

My pc goes first to Cisco then to Zyxcel then to the internet.

You must ask others to connect to your server using your external IP.

ofcourse you can't connect to yourself with your own external IP on most routers,

you really need to have a friend check it or use something like gametracker

For people outside my house yes, 82.170.89.34 and port 27015 yep...

I Close the server for now at 3:40.
