Having problems with B3/RCON.

I know I just recently posted about this but i really want help.

 

Everything tests OK on b3_run.exe

 

I try typing /rcon login in the console and it doesn't say anything

 

But I type /rcon say and it works.

 

I got friends to join and i tried !warn and get nothing.

 

Also have tried !iamgod and got nothing.

 

Please help me, if you want to voice talk add my skype: freshkillcams
