Installing CentOS or Fedora on an ext-USB3-SSD ?

I'm actually trying to do so for my job and it's constantly failing, it can boot on a USB 2.0 classic workstation but not on mobile workstation with shitty UEFI and USB 3.0, when CentOS tries to boot it gives me a nice kernel panic screen and I can't do anything to help this, and fedora won't even install...

 

Does anyone have advices for this ? It'd be welcome :D
