[HELP] Setting up game... ?

Hello guys.. I m a new user of 4d1 and its been a week since em playing iw4m . Its really fantastic even better than alter iwnet but em having a problem sometimes that when i start any server it loads and stucks at setting up game and nothing happens...It happens sometimes only , i mean that sometimes i can get into the server and sometimes it stucks at setting up game. If someone is having the same problem then please share it with me
