His anti-cheat record is clean.

I bet it's some packets getting blocked at some firewall.

He should add exceptions in Windows firewall, antivirus and open the ports in his router, if I'm not confused.

disable firewall. (Most likely you use comodo firewall/anti-virus or something like that..)

the error comes from master servers, it is not the users fault. i have tried everything (reinstal , sinc time, disable antivirus/ firewall, updates, etc).

Actually, some of this error can occur because of the player, but recently it was the master server's fault...

So... when will he restart them?

do you guys own the game? if not then you do know there are steps you need to take before you can play right?

Just asking incase some of you have just downloaded MW3 and 4d1 and tried to play.
