Try to connect to the MySQL DB: localhost/phpmyadmin

 

Could you also provide your b3.xml? But delete your RCon password

Did you import the .sql file?

 

Also your path to your games_mp.log is not right. Should be like that:

C:\New folder (2)\m2demo\games_mp.log

Neither your Public or Rcon IP are right, they should be like this:

 

    192.168.1.150
192.168.1.150

 

As the port doesn't go in that field and in most cases the IP 127.0.0.1 doesn't work.

 

PS: I don't know about the DB, maybe you didn't import b3.sql or you don't have access to it (considering it is online).

Is your IW4M server up? And did you enter the right IP and port in your b3.xml?
