I personally liked the first Bioshock. I thought it had a great story,memorable characters, creative enemies,an amazing atmosphere (Rapture is fucking awesome),and some pretty cool weapons. The second one was pretty cool too imo, but iv heard alot of mixed reviews. I know of alot more great FPs games,but i just can't think of them right now. Ill post them if i can think of them.

hmm....well im not good at reviewing/describing anything......but have you looked at Blacklight: Retribution? its a F2P sci-fi FPS...

 

thats the only fps game that i know of(other than cod/battlefield) that doesnt suck

 

There is also APB:Reloaded

Its a Third Person Shooter MMO, GTA style game....you can play as cops or criminals....you can customize your character/vehicle...only downside(i think) is that it takes about a clip just to kill someone

My personal is favroite Modded game. I can't live without mod, you know?

 

 

 

1. Grand Theft Auto IV

GTA IV is beast, Rockstar don't care about mod, hacking, etc for any console. There alot about million people use mod in game. It let you to edit your own dat , Handling.dat, Timecye.dat, etc in Data folder. (Mod is my favorite -> Zombie mod and Drift car)

 

2. CalВќl of duВќty 4: Modern WaВќrfare

In the old game, they was allowed to use mod. Popular mod is Promod because they are good mod to use. I used Before the dawn, BTD because it got best zombie bot. I hope they will remade in Iw4m-iw5m of BTD. BTD is my very favorite game. There many modded maps. Call of duty Mod Frontline, there many map modded, mod gun, mod sound, etc for MP/SP. (Favroite mod -> BTD)

 

3. IW4M (Fourdeltaone)

This game was alter from other game, however many people don't like regular one because of this company removed mod, server,and gold gun. So, many people don't like that game, until AIW/F41 came out, then many people tell me to go AIW in back time of regular game. Iw4m is good game with mod is on, however many server had abused admin, stupid anit- noob list, capped player 18, etc. I like 2nd better than Iw4m. (Favorite mod -> AIWZombie)

 

4. Killing Floor

This game is classic but best hardcore game, ever. They do have mod, it called Workshop from steam. They are FPS/TPS game, it let you change camera by press F4, however, many people still use FPS from their habit and more easier. (Favorite mod -> Vehicle Game)

Bejeweled - Match colored gems together to create combos and to gain lots of points (now with multiple modes).

PacMan : reloaded, with 16 more bits of madness.

How about Counter Strike? That game never get's old, you get a lot of custom maps and many new game mods, cs:go just got an chicken defuse mode. The c4 is tapped on a chicken that runs away, it's pretty funny.

 

Unreal Tournament is nice too. I like both ut 2004 and ut3. This map called tank crossing in Unreal Tournament 3 is badass, it's the hardest vs mission I ever played. You must cover like 3 points at the same time. That map is kinda lame with random people or bots but when you play it against real skilled people it will be one hell of an match.

 

I like the ballistic weapons pack in Unreal Tournament 2004, that mode turns ut 2004 into a real war game.

 

Far Cry 2 and Rainbow Six Vegas 2 are nice too. There should be more people playing FC2 since the third game got released and Vegas 2 has a lot of players anyway. Rainbow Six Vegas 2 is a nice co-op game, the versus part is not that nice but terrorist hunt is nice and the campaign is cool too.

As anonymous48561 said, Counter strike is an amazing game. It is the game that got me started in PC gaming. CSS imo is the best (Although many prefer cs1.6) its a great game, plenty of guns, plenty of custom content, im sure there are whole websites devoted to mods for it. Anyone who likes FPS games i would recommend this game 100%

Counter strike, portal, minecraft, Half life 2: deathmatch, Fallout 3, Assassin's creed (every game is good from AC, if you like CoD), halo (for consoles).... There are a lot of good old games. Just play what you would like.

Approved ^ This game blews pretty much every modern (popular) FPS BY FAR.

- Planetside 2: epic huge battle

- Metro 2033: awesome single player (soon Metro Last Light)

For me I'm more interested with games that has bots so I can enjoy playing the game with custom maps with my fav custom weapon models and scripts.

HL2dm and Day of defeat Source now has RCbot2.

TF2 has a stock bot but rcbot2 seems better.

 

Brink also has bots inspite a shitty game lol!

 

and of course Pezbots for the almighty cod_four....never gets old...my modified ak47 in it is like god lol! it shoot 30 bullets/pellets per shot in full auto at a distance of 1000-2000 units in game with a 500 damage setting lol!

 

TOmb Raider 2013 looks good and the boobies are a little smaller since it's the younger lara rebooted

and now being raped by kids and soon me hehe. played almost all the classic TR games

but found them so boring after discovering HL and it's amazing mods and bots...like CS,TS, DOD, ActionHL, Firearms, FLF, They Hunger etc etc.
