HI, im trying to boost my fps, but it tryd almost EVERYTHING, updated my driver changed files, boosted my cpu and stuff,

 

I really dont know what to do anymore,

 

 

at the right your see the Beeldschermadapters and then the NVDIDIA, thats my graphics card,

 

At the left you see my ram 6 GB and my processor 3.30 GHZ

 

i really dont know what to do, also tryd the option change...

Maxed setting = 23 fps

Medium setting = 34 fps

Lowest setting = 60 fps

 

You can run game very good, however you can run on medium setting. I got Nvidia GT 420 and it cannot run on maxed setting.

 

If you want best run for Iw4m with maxed setting

I use this Nvidia GT 640. That all we got cheaper card.

Your Processor, Ram, graphic card is fine to run Iw4m, Iw5m.

 

Your graphic card is Nvidia GT 510 is kinda low for you if you are gamer.

It let you overclock on your graphic card to handle. Also it got fan control if you don't mind about loud fan then tune to 100%.

It little affect on your fps, because your graphic card is low end.

I had nvidia GTX 680 in while ago and I used msi afterburner then it give me 65 fps.

i have a fps at 90 when im lucky m but i need one of 125, how do other people do it then :S

You have to be careful if you buy Nvidia cards. If you see a GeForce GTX 480 and a 510 card, then it doesn't mean that 510 has to be better than the 480. The first digit, in your case the '5' indicates the generation. So GeForce GTX 480 is an older generation than GeForce GTX 510, but the last two digits , you can say, indicate how good it is for gaming. The higher it gets the more FPS you can get. So a GeForce GTX 510 is absolutly not made for gaming, whereas a GeForce GTX 580, 590 or even 680 and 690 are best for gaming. I have a GeForce GTX 660 and it's absolutly enough.

Correct, 4 year ago, I had huge mistake to buy Ati Radeon HD 2100 and it could can't play any game. Its really not playable, so I ask my parent to buy other card that like series 2990 and my parent refused because they think my computer is fully upgraded. However, I learn on my lesson, I figure that Nvidia is better than ATI/AMD. My hdtv have 3D TV and I use this 3D hdtv almost everyday with my movie, game. All of my computer been installed low/med/high end cards with nvidia.

 

I noticed many of my friend don't use ATI/AMD anymore. Btw Ati been renamed to AMD lol. I don't understand why processor is graphic lol. I thought Amd is processor and Ati is graphic.

You got 82 fps by look at cloud, Please you can look direct to wall or car. That is your real fps what we like to see.

Nobody needs fps over 60.

 

And you got ~80 fps beacuse; you're in windowed and you're looking at the sky.

Why did you disable Aero ? That can cause fps drops or so I heard from other members.

Zombie mod = dark filmtweaks etc = low fps, problem solved.

The ati 2k series were old in 2008 . You should have gotten the 3k or 4k series (depends on the time of the year).

Ati vs nvidia is more opinion than fact. The truth is, there is no better brand it's opinion . A nvidia card may be better than a specific ati card and vice versa. There is a great card from both brands to do whatever you want to do. So don't just say nvidia is better than ati cause it isn't they are equally good and if anyone tells you differently they just prefer the brand themselves and aren't looking at the other side so much.
