how to find your server port whitout router ?

Some weird modems require forwarding, but for most simply no forwarding is necessary afaik.

Just try to run a server and see if you/other people can connect that's all. If nobody can connect, a configuration of the modem is necessary, either that or your firewall is blocking it.
