I'd rather pick the GTX 660, but it's a bit expensive. But yes, that setup will run the newer games on medium/high just fine.

Well, as I said, I'm looking for FPS not some fancy gfx, I mean, those are a nice addition, but you can't do shit without nice FPS ;p

As I said, this thing is pre-built and kinda in my budget; and you get everything with it. I don't really feel a need to fuck around with building a PC, or paying extra money for it to be build. All I asked was; do you guys think this is a good build ?

Short answer; no, unless you're paying <€500 for it.

Just fuck around with PC parts for 40 minutes and be done with it. You'll be much happier with the outcome.

Slightly better build than Argus's build, mostly because of the higher quality PSU, motherboard and better performing graphics card. Depending on where you live, the prices should be similar to this.

1. There's only 1TB

2. Lower class of RAM

3. Mouse and Keyboard are significantly cheaper.

4. The difference between those 2 PSU's (apart from the 120 extra watts) is arbitrary.

5. Yes AMD has better benchmarks than nvidia per price class, but I wouldn't be the only one to say that I prefer nvidia over AMD still, but again, arbitrary.

6. Only difference in the motherboards is the supported memory, unless Ghosty is planning on expanding to 32GB, no use. It also supports higher class RAM, but see 2 for that.

Then he can add another HDD later if he wants to.

2. Lower class of RAM

RAM doesn't matter as much as you think, and this one doesn't have the disgusting xbox huge heatsinks on it.

3. Mouse and Keyboard are significantly cheaper.

The G400 has a flawless sensor and I don't see the point to pay more than €10 for rubber dome keyboards.

OCZ makes unreliable products. Also, http://www.hardocp.com/article/2010/05/18/seasonic_m12ii620_power_supply_review.

The main reason why I picked it is because it performs much better than the 650 Ti in most cases. the 670 and 680 are the only graphics cards worth buying from the 6xx series.

No, just no. Lets start with the fact that the Z77A-G45 has a Z77 chipset, here are some of the differences between the chipsets. Other notable things are the fact that the MSI motherboard has an ATX form factor and the Asrock one a micro-ATX form factor, the MSI has 6-phase VRM design and the other one a 4+1-phase design, the MSI one has VRM heatsinks and the Z77A-G45 has more USB ports. Why would you even pick a budget motherboard for a ~€900 PC in the first place?

I would buy a IntelВ® Coreв„ў i7-3770 instead of a i5.

Even though I would buy this for gaming.

IntelВ® Coreв„ў i7-3770, NVIDIAВ® GeForceВ® GTX 660

I know its not the best, but very well for the money.

Edit: Complete system:

IntelВ® Coreв„ў i7-3770, Windows 8, NVIDIAВ® GeForceВ® GTX 660, 1.000 GB HDD, 8 GB RAM, 64 GB SSD

Around 879€

i7 is an overkill, better buy i5 3570K and a better GPU. SSD is not neccessary for a rig on the budget, you can always add it later though. Also, your rig doesn't contain a screen, motherboard, PSU, mouse, keyboard and a case, which he gets in the pre-built rig he was asking about. In the end, your rig would be more than €1300, which is a huge price difference.

Ghosty, I'd say that rig is not bad for a pre-built, not something I'd take but it can run most of the newer games fluently on high settings.

For the price there would be a momboard and psu, but i was too lazy to search one.

Not just that, good LGA1155 MoBo is atleast €100, PSU to hold that rig is atleast €80, screen €200, there's pretty much no case able to cool that for less than €60, then you have to add mouse, keyboard, maybe speakers or a headset...

ik, but momb. and psu are included. Just a case, mouse, screen and keyboard aren't.

Edit: ur right with the i5, but the i7 has more threads. But i think it's his decision if he wants a i7 or a better gpu.

In the prebuilt rig case, mouse, screen and keyboard are included too.

i7 has no benefit over i5 in gaming, a stronger GPU has.

Well, I did some 'research' on the GTX 650 (seems like it's a GTX afterall), and it doesn't seem that bad, for comparison to all of you BF fanboii's, it can run BF3 at ~30 FPS all maxed out, so not bad at all.

Well I have the Intel G620 @ 2.6 Ghz and Zotac GTX650, and I max out mw2 with around 200 fps and get around 40-50 in BF3 @high settings. Your i5 would give around 60fps @high.
