or something...

 

things i have already done:

-restart my pc

-login with other acc

-run in other compatibility mode

-run as admin

 

things that doesn't work:

-reinstall

In the Command Prompt type in chkdsk C: /R and press enter. Check Disk will try and fix any file errors.

The error appears if the filesystem is damaged due to whatever reason. If repairing it with yolarry's method doesn't work update your Microsoft Visual C :

That's a command, just type it in the command prompt.

So you've pressed 'Y' and then you've restarted your PC right?

Also, define 'not working'.
